The lady who runs the complex is always nice. When I come in she answers all my questions and is always available. Whenever I visit my mother, her room is always immaculate. Housewives do a great job! Everything in his apartment works and is fine when I get there.

They communicate well and handle things well. They are up to date and I was very satisfied. The service is excellent. Everything is always clean and the bed made. Everything seems to be in good order and they seem to be trying to keep it that way. The person in charge of Memory Care is amazing.

They seem to be on time with the food and there is a lot of variety. I think the food is healthy and the service is good, they seem aware and sensitive to anyone that needs to be fed.

The director gave me her number and was very reachable. Anytime I had a question, I texted or texted her and she took care of everything. During the storm last year I had many questions and she answered them. I've also had a lot of good experiences with the billing staff. My mother doesn't participate much, but they do everything they can to encourage her to participate. In terms of building maintenance, everything seems new. When I need help, the nurses are quick to respond to my concerns or come to me when I need to speak to them. The value is good. We are more than satisfied with everything we receive. She's definitely safe, and I'm glad of that.

My wife accompanies her sister to dinner and raves about the food. The staff does a great job with the activities. They have a great variety of activities and I love them. The building is well maintained and I have not seen more competent housekeeping anywhere else. The caretakers are excellent and outstanding people. When I decided on Sheridan, I looked at four other churches. The Sheridan was by far the best value of the complexes I reviewed. I am over 100% satisfied with The Sheridan and the care residents receive here. I don't think you can go anywhere else and find something better.

Everyone was exceptionally kind to my father. My wishes are fulfilled immediately. Is it clean My father is happy and so am I. cleaning is good. You are punctual and complete tasks in a routine. The childcare options are the reason why my father feels at home there. They are friendly and quick to help. Simply excellent. I have already recommended it.

Management has always been professional and can usually fix most things very quickly. They have always been very available. Tamara, the activities leader, always seemed to go above and beyond to ensure there was a variety of things to do. My mother always looks great. I think they clean your room on Tuesday and every time I've been there it looks fine. The supervisors are very professional and very empathetic. Let me know if mom needs a refill. You are the most outstanding.

I like the management and it seems like they are doing the best they can with what they have. The staff always tries to make the most of the activities and they are wonderful. Housekeeping comes and does a good job and laundry and maintenance is good. The building is well maintained and excellent. My mother loves the drivers and says they are very nice. The caretakers call me right away if anything happens to her, which is great. Residents get a lot for their money here. I love the complex and the people who work here.

From what I've seen they have quite a range of activities. Housekeeping worked as it should and your room looks decent. The support staff were proactive when you had an issue. They called me to make sure I knew. Transport services are there when you need them.
